Founded by Alain Mertens in a garage.
1995
First machine and first apprentice.

Moving to quai de la Vesdre in Verviers.

First worker.

Construction and relocation to rue de l’avenir (1500 m2) 14 FTEs.

Acquisition of the FMP company (machining).

Moving to rue des Waides (4500m2) + investment plans.
